1. Cancellation by Guest
- Cancellations made within the eligible cancellation window may qualify for partial or full refund depending on booking terms.
- Cancellations made after the allowed period may be non-refundable.
2. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
3. No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to check in without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Cancellation by Management
In rare cases where we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
5. Special Event Bookings
Bookings made during peak seasons, festivals, or special events may be non-refundable or subject to stricter cancellation policies. These conditions will be specified at the time of booking.
